Answer

Answer: Non-displaced scapular fracture

Treatment:

• Analgesics (NSAIDs)
• Non-displaced fractures require sling and swath immobilization
• Orthopedic reduction for displaced fractures.
• Early range-of-motion exercises
• Beware post-traumatic arthritis or bursitis as complications
