Answer: Sclerotic bone (osteoblastic) metastasis secondary to prostate cancer. The patient's CXR from 2 years prior is shown below for comparison.

• Colon cancer (mucinous adenocarcinoma)
• Lymphoma
• Carcinoid
• Neuroblastoma
• Prostate cancer (#1 cause)
